Women's Equip

WOMENS EQUIP 2019-01.jpeg

Coming this fall, from September 11th - November 13th, we will be having two different Women’s Equip classes. We are looking forward for the women in our church to come together to study God’s Word with one another.

Childcare is available for ages infant to pre-K and is LIMITED. It will fill up very quickly, so make sure to sign up early!

Below are the descriptions of the 2 different studies we will be offering this fall. Make sure when you register, that you are registering for the right class and also indicating whether or not you need childcare.

PARENTING

In the midst of folding laundry, coordinating carpool schedules, and breaking up fights, many parents get lost. This fall for Equip, we will study through Paul Tripp’s book, Parenting. The book gives a big-picture view of God's plan for us as parents which is more than the latest parenting strategy or list of techniques. Rather, we need the rescuing grace of God—grace that has the power to shape how we view everything we do as parents. This parenting study will be team taught allowing each week to also include practical applications from a related text of Scripture as well as useful tips and helps from other mothers.

This class will be on Wednesday mornings starting on September 11th from 9:30-11:30am.
*Once signed up, books can be picked up for this class on Sunday, September 8th*

ECCLESIASTES

Ecclesiastes is for all those who seek to walk authentically with God through the realities of life. It’s a diagnostic masterpiece of our own souls and the world we live in with a little bit of sass in place of the sugarcoating. Through the journey of the author, we will find that each of us is chasing joy. Ultimately, that search will point us to joy’s only source, Jesus.

This class will be offered on Wednesday mornings starting September 11th 9:30-11:30am.
And Tuesday nights 6:30-8:00pm starting September 17th.

Childcare will be available for children 5 and under for the morning classes only.
