We’re partnering with other Great Commission Collective churches in our area to put on an amazing camp for our 7th-12th grade students this June in Lake Ann, Michigan.

Registration starts on Monday, March 11 at 9 a.m. and closes on Thursday, May 23.

Harvest Summer Camp is open to incoming 7th graders through graduating seniors.

All activity tracks will be first come first serve.

Click on the “learn more” below to learn how Lake Ann can meet your student's dietary needs.

Scholarships are available for Summer Camp.  If your student is in need of a full or partial scholarship, please email Harvest Students.

Transportation:

Transportation to Lake Ann will be via chartered bus or passenger van. 
Once we have received all registration, we will contact you with transportation costs.
Transportation costs will range from $100 to $150, in addition to the 'base cost' of camp. 
These fees will be due Friday, May 31st.

Every year, we have a number of students that need financial assistance in order for them to attend summer camp. In an effort to help them raise money themselves, we are giving them the opportunity to earn funds for camp, and you the opportunity to shorten your to-do list!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

To Rent-A-Kid, click here to fill out your request. Once your request has been submitted, one of our rentable students will get in touch with you to work out the details (there are no pre-set rates)!

Maybe you don't need help with your to-do list, but you would like to donate money to our summer camp scholarship fund. Click here to give online (tax deductible, of course!).

To attend Summer Camp, all students will need a 2019-2020 Waiver on file and Permission to Administer Medications form, if desired.  Please download these forms below and email your completed waivers and forms to Harvest Students.

Harvest Students Winter Retreat

Our students are heading up to Gull Lake Ministries in Hickory Corners, Michigan for a weekend of fun, worship, and time spent digging into God’s Word together this March! We’re going to take it back to the basics and study the Gospel, seeking to understand what it truly is and how our response to it affects every area of our lives.

Activities will include bonfires, snow tubing (weather permitting), speed bowling, rock climbing, and much more! This will be a high-impact weekend that you don’t want to miss!

IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR PARENTS:

  • Retreat cost is $115 due at registration. Students will also need to bring extra cash for dinner on the way up and lunch on the way back.

  • You may drop off your student at Harvest on Friday, March 1 by 4:30pm and pick them up on Sunday, March 3 at 3:00pm. We will send more information regarding transportation in the coming weeks.

  • All students must have a 2018-2019 waiver on file. If you do not have one, click here to download.

  • All medications must be given to our nurse, Kim Kandel, when you drop your student off. Please include written instructions.

There will be a parent meeting in room 157 at the same time to talk about our youth small groups and how we are going to partner with you to disciple your kids this year. All parents of Harvest Students are invited and encouraged to attend!

  • We will depart from our Carmel Campus at 7:30am, leave the park by 6:00pm, and arrive back at the Carmel Campus around 8:00pm.

We're excited to partner with Harvest Indy South and Harvest Granger for a life changing week of worship, teaching, competition, food, and FUN! To register your student, head over to Camp Harvest's Website! And yes, you read correctly, Jr. High AND Sr. High will both be attending the same week of camp this year. The schedules of the two age groups will be entirely different, so don't worry - your sister won't embarrass you in front of your friends.

PLEASE NOTE: We will provide transportation for students. The busses mentioned on the website are specifically for students coming from Chicago. Please ensure that you do not register for busses when applying for camp.

We're throwing it back to the good ol' days at this year's lock-in! Come dressed in your favorite gear from your childhood. Prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed!

We'll hang out at the Hamilton County Sports Complex, do some midnight bowling at Pinheads, and hang out at the church for some pizza and worship.

Cost is $30. Register here. If you have not completed a waiver for the 2016-2017 school year, please download, complete, and bring it with you to the lock-in.

Harvest Students High School Winter Retreat

Bundle up! We’re hitting the slopes!

Join us for a weekend away to spend time in community, get into God’s Word, and skiing and Perfect North Slopes in Lawrenceburg, IN.

Early bird registration until January 20th is $150. Registration will increase to $175 after January 20th and will close on February 1st.

Please plan on bringing extra spending money for 2 lunches and 1 dinner. We will leave the church at 6:30PM on the 3rd (eat beforehand) and return around 3:00PM on the 5th.
