Brian White - Lead Pastor

Brian White has served as Lead Pastor of Harvest Bible Chapel North Indianapolis since 2007.  He is a graduate of Cedarville University (B.A., ‘97), The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and is currently completing his doctoral work at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. Besides his ministry at Harvest, Brian serves as the Executive Director of the Great Commission Collective, A global fellowship of church-planting churches.

He and his wife Laura reside in Noblesville, where they enjoy life and ministry with their 5 children.


Gary Vaughan - campus pastor, CARMEL

Gary joined the Harvest team in 2016 after serving in ministry for over 20 years in family discipleship and assimilation in Virginia. In his role as Campus Pastor, Gary oversees small groups, assimilation, and family ministries at our Carmel campus. He and his wife Stacey enjoy spending time and making memories with their two boys, Ty and Tripp. Gary enjoys coaching baseball, hunting, salt water fishing, and eating delicious food. 



Jason is a husband to Kim, father of 4 boys, wanna-be artist, and servant of King Jesus. He is passionate about proclaiming and demonstrating the Kingdom of Heaven, and considers it his life’s work to offer hope of ultimate satisfaction that comes through faith in Jesus Christ.

He is committed to leading people to be more like Jesus and strives to lead his sons, Justice, Salem, Aiden, and Macharis to the same. After graduating from Cedarville University with studies at Moody Bible Institute and Liberty University, he and his family moved to the Middle East for 10 years. Armed with a deep passion to equip believers to lead others into fellowship with our good and great God, Jason desires to recruit more worshipers by sending workers to the unreached.  As the Missions Pastor, he ultimately desires to lead others to love God supremely and believe Him completely.


Kyle fredricks - worship pastor

Kyle has served as the Worship Pastor at Harvest since July 2016. He is a graduate of the University of Mobile in 2011 with a degree in Worship Leadership. Kyle considers it a privilege to help others connect with the Lord through song each week. He and his wife Elizabeth, along with their two boys, enjoy traveling and searching for the next great cup of coffee.

Cody donald - director OF CHILDREN’S DISCIPLESHIP

Cody joined or team as our Director of Children’s Discipleship in June 2017. He has worked in children’s ministry since 2011 in churches across the country. Cody has a Bachelor’s Degree in Bio-Medical Science from Mississippi College and is currently working toward a Master’s of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. As the Director of Children’s Discipleship, Cody desires to equip kids with the Word of God and come alongside parents as they disciple their children.

Aside from his work at Harvest, Cody enjoys exercising, hunting, and reading.


MEGAN RITTER - Director of early childhood

Megan’s journey with special education began in her teenage years through volunteering as a peer helper at her school. She has a BSW from Arizona State University and a MS in Social Work from Columbia University. Megan has experience in social work, drug and alcohol prevention, and addiction treatment in schools and clinical settings. She has also been been involved with GiGi’s Playhouse, a Down Syndrome Achievement Center, from the fundraising stage to opening the doors to present.

Megan is married to her husband Jeff and between the two of them, they have 5 children: Adria, Taylor, Mackenzie, Joe, and Holden. Megan is also blessed to have four granddaughters: Harper, Finley, Penelope, and Farrah.

She loves her role as the Special Needs Coordinator because she gets to see God work in the lives of precious children and their families at Harvest. Outside of her work with us, Megan is an adult leader in Wyldlife, the junior high component of Young Life, at Hamilton Southeastern Schools.


Jen Lecount - director of Community outreach

Jen and her family have attended Harvest since 2010 and have been very active in several ministry areas.  She has been a part of the Harvest staff in various roles since 2012. Jen has a real passion for ministry and has been on several global missions trips.  She loves to help people connect with the Lord through serving the community.

Jen has been married to her husband Tony for over 26 years. They both are graduates from IU Bloomington and they have 2 grown children, Taylor and Josh. Taylor just recently graduated from Miami of Ohio and Josh is currently attending Ball State University.  Jen and Tony enjoy traveling together and have an exceptional love for anything Disney.


Katie jessee - adult discipleship ministry assistant

Katie started attending Harvest in 2014 and came on staff in 2017. She is passionate about connecting others into opportunities to serve and grow in their relationship with the Lord. Katie has a heart for discipling teens in student ministry, and serves as a senior high school leader in Harvest Students. She is a graduate of the Fairbanks School of Public Health with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health. Katie enjoys staying active, finding new healthy recipes, and spending time time with her family, friends, and Great Dane puppy, Pete.


Megan Rhamy - director of student Discipleship

Megan and her family have been attending Harvest since 2008. Megan graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Marketing and International Business.  She has been involved with many ministries here, and her passion is to share the hope of Jesus with all who need it.  Megan is married to Rob and they have three children, Avery, Isaiah and Ellie.


Jonathan Engle - Director of Student Discipleship

Jonathan joined the Harvest team as Director of Student Discipleship in 2019. He is a graduate of Clarks Summit University (B.S. ’14) and Faith Bible Seminary (M.Div. ’19). His life mission is to know Jesus personally, reveal him purposefully, and help others do the same, especially teens. He married his beautiful wife, Ali, in December of 2017. When not serving in ministry, Jonathan enjoys watching and playing sports, reading, fishing, and spending time with others.

Dave putnam - director of facilities and production

Dave, his wife Ally, and their three daughters moved from Chicago to Indy in 2017 when he joined our staff as the Director of Production and Facilities. Over the years, Dave has owned two music businesses, developing a passion for project management and team leadership. A musician himself, Dave plays the piano, bass guitar, and several other instruments.



Kelly moved to Fishers in 2015 and immediately started attending Harvest with her sister. God had been using her sister as an instrument in sharing the gospel with Kelly for many years, and by His grace, she came to know Christ after a couple of weeks of living here. Then her husband, Kevin, was saved two months later! Kelly joined our staff in January 2017 as an Adult Ministry Assistant and moved into the Director of Finances role in August 2017. God continues to work powerfully in Kelly’s life, filling her with the desire to encourage other women to discover the lasting joy, peace, and satisfaction that comes only from knowing Jesus.



Baylee has attended Harvest since 2016 and joined our staff in September 2018. She has a Bachelor’s degree from IUPUI in Hospitality and Event Management and has previously worked in various roles for the Pacers, 500 Festival, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and as a wedding planner. She loves IndyCar and has only missed 2 Indy 500s in her life!

Baylee is passionate about mentoring younger girls and is excited to coach lacrosse for Noblesville High School’s 2019 season. She also loves riding horses and is the proud owner of Mazy, her beautiful Thoroughbred Quarter Horse Cross.

Baylee and her husband Stacy have been married since March 2018 and currently live in Carmel.


Linda started attending Harvest in 2010 and then a year later began working in the front office. She has seen a lot of changes throughout the years but one thing that hasn't changed is God's goodness! Linda and her husband Mike have been married for over 28 years. They have 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Linda’s family loves dogs, and they are the proud owner of a dachshund named Brodie.

Linda and her husband love to fish, take vacations on the beach and most importantly serve the Lord. She enjoys having people over to her house for dinner and playing games. Linda and Mike also love babysitting for Harvest families.


MICHELLE smith - special events coordinator

Michelle and her husband Stuart are proud parents of two daughters, Alex and Tyler. Michelle has attended Harvest since its second Sunday in 2007. Growing up, her father was a preacher and her family served many people in the church, walking through weddings, funerals, and other life events. She is an excellent cook and loves serving our Harvest team by providing meals for various events and helping couples plan weddings taking place on our campus.



Jody joined the pastoral staff at Harvest in 2015, overseeing small groups, assimilation, and Harvest 20s. A surfer and church planter at heart, we knew we wouldn’t be able to keep Jody land-locked for long! Early in 2018, Jody and his wife, Heidi, began the process of planting a Church in Los Angeles where they currently reside with their son Beckett and daughter Venice.
