Position Title: Adult Discipleship Groups & Connections Administrator
Position Reports to: Campus Pastor
Status: Full Time
Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience will be provided.
Position Objective: Responsible for the administration of ministry and cohesiveness in adult discipleship with a primary focus on groups, connections, and discipleship.

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with experience managing budgets, reporting, activities, and analysis with strong spreadsheet skills
High proficiency in learning and understanding systems
Background in project coordinating and planning
Background in event planning and execution
Facilitate calendar, email, phone calls, meetings
Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines
Creativity with attention to design and presentation
Provide support in general day-to-day administrative tasks
Essential Functions
Planning Center best function for ministry and management for adult discipleship (Groups, Registrations, Check In, Calendar, Services, People)
Event planning, programming and execution
Resource management, stewardship and ordering
Effective written communication for editing both content and grammar
Project coordination between ministry lines
Weekly written curriculum and edits
Collection and management of accurate data from systems through the development of processes
High capacity, knowledge, and learning of systems for best use in our context
Ability to build and develop while considering budget
Yearly calendar development, submissions for reserving rooms and resources
Documentation of processes for replication
Assist with development of the branding and design for ministry opportunities within adult discipleship
Assist with volunteer and team development
Assist with connecting church members to groups and other ministry opportunities
Administrative tasks for Gary and Johnna
Skills
Content and grammar editing with design and formatting
Build out systems for better ministry support
Think multiplication-minded in the development of processes
Process-minded with ministry views
Trouble-shooting
Regular learner of updates for systems
High dependability, confidentiality, and resilience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage and communicate with team members, the church body, and first-time guests
